From the "Classes" page you can access a new monthly calendar that will give you the class status. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Hope you find it helpful.
Starting in January you will see some new dates for Flint and Ft.Gratiot Hobby Lobby stores.
For more details on all of the classes scroll to the bottom of the "Classes" page for "Classes by days".
You can also use the monthly calendar. The monthly calendar is also where you check the class status.
It's just below the name of the month on the Classes page.
Bring a large plastic bag with you. It's a great place to keep your coat during class.
When the roads get bad it's time to say "whoa". Bad weather and/or road conditions may create an unsafe travel situation in which case I will cancel class.
Unfortunately I have to use the weather report to make my decision and as you know, this isn't always that accurate but it's all we have.
Should a class be canceled I will do 2 things.
1) I will note it on the Calendar. Note that I said Calendar, not website. You may want to put the calendar in your "Favorites" so it's easy to get to. It is "http://calendar.yahoo.com/oilpaintingteacher". Easiest thing to do is
go to the Classes page, click on the line for the Monthly Calendar and once there save it to Favorites.
2) I will try to call you. Make sure that I have a contact number.
Please be pro-active and check the calendar the day before the class. I will make my decision by noon the previous day.
And also, be courteous and let me know if you can't make it.
On line registration is available for classes at Hobby Lobby and Applegate.
For Harbor Beach you MUST contact the Harbor Beach Library.
To register go to the Classes page, find your location and click on Registration. Read the registration information then click
on the line that reads "For On Line Registration Click Here". Fill it in and submit it. I'll get back with you and let you know that it has been received.
